REFUND and RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility Criteria

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unused or unworn.

  • It must have tags attached and be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons. Please note the following exceptions:

 

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personal Care Goods: Items such as beauty products (this is critical for hair extensions/wigs).

    • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

    • Sale Items or Gift Cards: We unfortunately cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale or promotional gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

 

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must still adhere to our standard return policy: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

  1. Inspection: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

  2. Approval: We will let you know whether the refund was approved or not.

  3. Processing: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  4. Timeline: Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed on our end.

  5. Bank Processing: Note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (this is outside of our control).
