  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Custom wigs and extensions are made to order and require a 15-20 business day processing period before shipping. This allows us to create your product with care and attention to detail.

Shipping time begins once you receive your tracking number and the carrier has picked up the package.
 

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on the destination, local carrier services, and customs processes.


 
Shipping Costs

 
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping may be available for orders over a specific amount. Please check our homepage or banner for any current promotions and eligibility criteria.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
 

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after receiving the notification.
